Some of the components discussed in the Teacher's Bill;
1. Teachers to be regulated by an Education Council i.e Payable licence renewable every two years
2. Renewal is on condition that you've attended a certain minimum numbers of CPDs (also payable by individual teachers)
3. Minimum qualification may be raised to 3 principle passes with teaching subjects being above a "D"
4. Pre- qualification exams for entry to UNITE
5. 9 years to phase out non-graduate qualifications
