How to replace lost UNEB result slip or certificate

Online Application for 'Letter of Verification - LVR"​

Individuals can now apply for Letters of Verification online through the UNEB's e-Services Portal, which can be accessed on https://eservices.uneb.ac.ug/es/lvr/app/lnd
If the Board is satisfied with the information provided, it will issue the Letter of Verification.
REQUIREMENTS (Note: upload scanned copies)

• Introduction Letter from the former School addressed to the Executive Director, UNEB
• A Valid Identity Card of the Applicant e.g. National ID, Passport etc.
• A Police Letter in case of loss or damage of Slip/Certificate.
• The Payment is as shown below:-
  

  TYPE OF VERIFICATION LETTER
  Ordinary	50,000
  Hard Card (substitute for a certificate)	100,000
  special / political purposes	300,000

  (Payable through Airtel/MTN Mobile Money or Bank Deposits (Stanbic Bank (U) Ltd or Centenary Rural Dev't Bank).
• A payment code will be issued after submission of the required documents, to enable you make payment. After payment, you will receive a sample code (e.g. W00012)
• For Applications on behalf of another person, a letter of authorization and the Identity Document from that person should be attached.
• Processing takes about 5 days.
